OUR PARISH MISSION STATEMENT
We
believe that God calls us to be a loving community,
inspired by the
Holy Spirit,
founded in worship and prayer,
proclaiming Jesus Christ in
word and deed.

We are at a turning point in
the life of our church.
In November 2009 we held a vision day with
Bishop Keith of Birkenhead.
We are praying for God to lead us onto
a path of renewal and growth.
We have many good things: A beautiful
church, good facilities, a dedicated team of children's leaders, a variety
of services, many members (not to mention the choir, Cameo, Women's
Fellowship, Mums & Tots, Ladies Guild and other groups and a smiley
Vicar!
Now we are looking for the Spirit to breath new life into
our church that we might better serve God and our Parish

VISION, 2010
In
five years time we will be
- a thriving Christian
family
- a people of love, joy and
hope
- attractive to all ages creating a ‘cradle to
grave’ church community
- providing, as the heart of our community life,
worship that encompasses both traditional and modern
services
- a place of Christian guidance, mentoring,
encouragement and support to one and
all
- a confident church helping to shape and change
society for the good of all
people.
